A small group of women came to my house, for our first ever knitting night.
Those of you who have been following my blog for some time know that I love to knit, so I was looking forward to it. But I didn’t imagine quite how much fun we’d have.
It was an evening of endless joking and laughter. (According to my eight-year-old, rather noisy, as well!)
I was still laughing when I went to bed.
A girls’ night: facials, sangria, and lots of laughs.
Need I say more?
Biting into one of these homemade peanut butter cups is heaven.
Thanks to a good friend, I now have a tray of them (along with 8 other scrumptious desserts) in my freezer.
The challenge will be to make them last until Christmas.
A visit to the fall with friends… Time to catch up, explore, and enjoy the scenery on a gorgeous fall day.
And, time to catch a few shots of the rushing water (with one eye always on the kids so they didn’t get too close!).
We are so lucky to be surrounded by so many beautiful places.
